Can you shoot a home without anyone else present on location?

Yes, we can. In some circumstances, it may be difficult to arrange a time for all parties to be present. If instructed, we can enter a property via lockbox or hidden key. However, we do not travel offsite to pick up keys for entry.

How do you accept payment?

We accept cash or most major credit cards online via our invoicing system. Your media will not be available for download until payment is processed.

What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?

While we don't impose cancellation or rescheduling fees, we kindly ask for advanced notice, ideally a few hours before the session. This allows us to efficiently allocate our time and resources. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

What is the turnaround time for photos and videos?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours from the end of the shoot, while videos are delivered within 48-72 hours from the end of the shoot.

How are my photos delivered?

All photo packages are exclusively delivered through our Booking System, ensuring a streamlined process. Upon completion of payment, your photos are promptly dispatched, providing you with immediate access to your high-quality images.

How long does a photoshoot take?

Photoshoot length depends on the property size and the services you book, ranging from 1 to 3 hours assuming the property is ready upon arrival.

An estimated time is sent through the confirmation email you receive once you book.

Question 8

You took photos of my listing 2 months ago, can you resend me those photos?

We typically hold images online for up to 30 days. If you'd like images to be reuploaded after this period. After that, image storage is the agent's responsibility.

Question 9

Who owns the rights to the photos?

We retain the copyright to the images unless special arrangements are made and additional licensing fees are paid. The Agent/Client will have the rights to reprint all images furnished for one year or until the property closes, whichever comes first. Images must be relicensed or a new shoot ordered after this period.
